Hello,

By chance, is anyone using Galaxy-Webhost services? How quickly do they respond to support tickets?

Support ticket posted yesterday to Billing (i.e., a business day has passed already - Billing works usually on business days only) isn't yet attended to.

We had never heard but we can suggest you to go through their reviews section which help to get good information about services and supports
