Google Panda consider mainly consider on content of your website. If you use low quality content like irrelevant, duplicate.. etc, you will get unexpected results like high drop in ranking, high drop in traffic, site ban, penalty.. etc. So you should use unique and quality content in every activity related to your website for get good results like good ranking, high traffic.. etc. You should build do-follow, relevant and quality backlinks for your website using link building techniques and avoid Black hat techniques like Spamming.. etc.

Google panda only objected to existing content, any new fresh content will be re-evaluate by Google. If a site is leading with bulk duplicate content, the site can expected a spike reduce in traffic.

Google panda only targeted to existing content, any new fresh content will be re-evaluate by Google. If a site is leading with majority duplicate content, the site could expected a spike decrease in traffic.
