If your site gets banned, then when you make the changes and submit to google, how long does it take your site to get back to the listings it was at before?

If a site is totally banned and you have that sites links on your site and your links are on their site, do you get in trouble in anyway?

Depend upon Google when Google start the crawler that it will happen if all will be correct as per Google
