SEO is very helpful to topr rank in google. but todays content is a king in SEO feild so think we can't submit spinnig or same content one more site because it is spamming. so use only fresh content. you can USE High PR and dofollow sites.

seo is the only way to get into the google....i m working on a blog since 1 month...after using webmaster tool of google ..there is about 50 visitor a day at the end of one month...

And do off activities activity on daily basis like
Social bookmarking
Article submission
Blog posting & commenting
Forum posting
Classified posting
