You have to copy paste all spam backlinks in a notepad & upload it to Google disavow SEO tools to remove them.

Delete Them Yourself. If you own the sites that the toxic backlinks are on, delete them yourself.
Contact the Site Owners. More than likely, your toxic backlinks will be on sites that you do not own, however. ...

Websites that have made the mistake of hiring some shady SEO company to buy bad backlinks for their website can loose almost all their rankings.If you have just too many backlinks you want to get rid of, or webmasters aren't responding to your call to remove the link, you can also disavow these links.
