Search engines, like Google, are always looking for clues on which pages are the best to feature at the top of their search result pages (SERPs). One of the things that they look at is the number of links from other sites that “point” to that page.

This is one of the technique in SEO. In blog commenting the sites usually, allow having links to the keywords which would take them to the website that creates website traffic. Here some of the websites would not want to create this link and would have them as no-follow which would not redirect them to the website. Do-follow links only will be able to connect with the link building strategy.

By default, all links are dofollow links unless they are modified to be nofollow links manually or are automatically changed by a website setting. Search engines crawlers follow dofollow links. In other words, they continue to crawl other pages they discover through standard links.
