Can anyone tell me, Why we use alt and title attribute in image tag?

Include your main keywords in both, but change them up. Keyword stuffing in alt text and title is still keyword stuffing, so keep them relevant and meaningful.

alt is is use for search engine bot and title tag is use for user point of view to know about the image.

Due to internet connection problems and low speed issues sometimes images can't load quickly and won't visible in the website. At that point the title attribute will help to understand what that image is about. And coming to alt attribute we don't want to leave it blank because search engines won't able to see images so we have to give alternate text to that image so that search engines understand about the image.
