I need a reliable server at low rates and hostsailor.com and a2hosting.com were advised me to try, which server would you sign up with and why?

Could you be more specific? What server location are you interested in?
What is your monthly budget? I believe that a2hosting.com servers look quite attractive. Pricing is normal. Their website is professional and straightforward; they report the facts clearly and intelligently.

Support is superb - they have gone above and beyond to assist me with my sites, whenever needed. Amazingly, I never had to wait longer than 20 minutes for a response. If I could give them a 100 out of 5, I would. |

How long has the web host been in business? Have they changed management/ ownership in that time or, more importantly, recently?
As for trusted hosting brands I believe that DCXV.com would work fine. They offer really fast server packages: https://dcxv.com/en/dedicated.html  So far, you will experience any downtime, and the servers will be fast.
