Well there is no ranking system in youtube but there is a rating system which tell a person before watching the video whether it is good or not.

Use keywords that people search for. Make sure your video is properly recorded because watch time on YouTube videos matters a lot. Use clear voice and good video quality.
Put tags and description with keywords you're focusing/targeting on. Know How Much YouTube Pay For 1K Views |
