Don't depend on just 1 or 2 sources of links. Build links to your pages from a wide variety of sources. Something like a press release may be expensive, but you'll have to do it to rank for highly competitive keywords.Also don't forget social signals. They count a lot towards getting your domain/pages to rank. So promote your content heavily on social media.

dear friend for your kind information getting you keywords in top ranking is not an easy job to do, google count approx 200 filter then your keywords will get the ranking, so go with the google's algo and you will easily get to know the techniques of getting ranking of your keywords!!
