As the question above! Is there any ranking affects Google ranking and vice versa?

If your website has good rank in Alexa then its beneficial in terms of Google Algorithm.

Google PageRank is used to measure the importance of web pages and it depends on how many quality backlinks pointing to the web page.
Alexa rank is calculated based on page views and the number of average daily visitors (traffic) to that domain.

As I know alexa and google pagerank is not same. What kalista said above is true.

Specifically for Page Rank, I would say not at all. I believe the only thing that effects page rank is backlinks. I have had many pages with 100~ visitors per month reach PR3 from 1-2 very high quality links, or 1000s of spammy links.

This is a ranking system set by alexa.com (a subsidiary of amazon.com) that basically audits and makes public the frequency of visits on various Web sites. The algorithm according to which Alexa traffic ranking is calculated, is simple. It is based on the amount of traffic recorded from users that have the Alexa toolbar installed over a period of three months.

I dont think so its affect on google ranking..
