Stevia: the sweetness of a plant

About White Sugar
White sugar is good. But so far I know Brown sugar is better than White sugar. We love to use Brown Sugar in our foods. Cause Brown Sugar is way more sweety than white sugar.

Stevia is great. It is safe for people with diabetes to use as a substitute for sugar and other sweeteners. I started using it when I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. Of course, I'm on meds. I Buy rybelsus and take it daily. But nutrition is one of the most important factors, so I'm glad that I can replace sugar with Stevia. Anyway, thanks for sharing this useful article!
