if your site is not crawling by google then do it by your self.simply go to google and type webmaster submit and then click the first link and then submit your URL.and your site will be crawled after few hours.

If you using Google webmaster tools (search console) you can see what is wrong or if your website is removed from crawling. Simply go to GWT and check Search traffic > Manual Actions to see if there is some problem with your site or if it's banned. If yes, you will probably see why and how to fix it and what to do next.

Because your content is not relevant to the keywords or your link will be not good so that your link will not be crawled.

Well did you submit your sitemap to Google Webmaster Tool or not? If not then submit sitemap.xml first then submit your website to Google Webmaster again
