Cancer-quality content, good Web site design including presentation focused on the optimal coherent and META tags Tags (Description, META Data example). If quality content, users will go back and put a link to the page.

No page rank anymore- Google killed it; however, not showing it up doesn't mean they don't calculate it inorder to rank web sites

Page rank is no more important as Google has stopped updating their page rank algorithm since the past couple of years.
