Cloaking is a search engine optimization Black hat method that some webmasters use to show the content of their sites to the search engine spider so they could rank higher for their keywords, and they show something else to the visitors.

CLoaking is hiding the actual url from the user and showing something else. once the user clicks on the url, they will get redirected to some other page

Cloaking is a part of Black hat SEO. In Cloaking user make HTML page and doing keyword stuffing. User can search for but when they came on this page so its different from that.

Cloaking is a black hat seo and an old technique which was used to divert user on a particular web page. In cloaking we create two webpage (with different content) one for crawler and other for users.

That is known as link cloaking, which is used for affiliate links.
