I want to increase DA and PA indicators so what do I do?

Don't worry about PA or DA. It's nothing to do with Google and how they rank sites. Spam sites can have a high PA DA because the metrics are based on the number of links a site has and nothing to do with the quality of them.

Domain authority and page authority can be improved by building good content for your website and also by building backlinks from other relevant domains.

PA and DA is based on number and quality of backlinks so try to increase your backlink in order to increase PA and DA.

if your site has traffic, and you have quality of backlinks, PA and DA will increase. But you don't care it, take care for your contents and your backlinks first.
