First Search about robots and put which subpage you did not want to cached in SERP.

If you are using WordPress CMS then install WordPress seo by Yoast. in this plugin you can set no-index sub-pages.

Block URL’s using the robots meta tag.
<meta name="robots" content="noindex">
Robots refers to all search engines while noindex disallows the search engine from displaying the page in their index.

Well the best thing you can do is clean up your site.
Panda algorithm update will do no harm on your site if it is quality.
The thing is even if you blocked google bot from crawling your site it will still be indexed, though the data will just be stored on google's.
