I have a website "www.xyz.com" where "xyz" is the name of my brand.The site is about real estate based in locality new york. Ideally I should be looking to get traffic from keywords like "Property in new york" or "Apartment in new yorkfor sale".Since my site is fairly new I am yet not getting traffic from these high competition keywords.

However through my offline activities and promotions I have managed to get clients searching for "xzy property in Mumbai" and this is now showing up on google auto suggest.Meaning when I type in "xyz", Google auto suggest gives me a drop down "xyz property new york".

Does it only mean that many people are searching for my brand name on Google or does it have anything to with the trust value of my website ? Will this have any positive effect on the SEO of my site when I work on getting ranked for more competitive keywords like "Property in new york" which I should be ideally targeting?
