Search Engines for blacklisted sites
Here's something I just thought of while looking at the irrelevant results for a search term.
Are there SEs that crawl sites but only show results for blacklisted and/or spam sites? For example, you type in a key word, eg blue widgets, and it shows you a list of sites that have been banned by G for using BH tactics, or potentially be using BH techniques/be banned for said techniques. Well, your site will still show in bing and yahoo even though its is banned in Google.

You can verify it by by the help of Google Web master Tool.
