What is the meaning of competitive analysis?
I Think Competitive analysis does the comparison, between the website I am optimizing, and the website that is ranked highly in search results.

When you search related to your niche on google you may be on any rank, so all the sites that appear in that search are your competitors.Go to there site or try to explore from where they are getting backlinks so that if they are above you you may decide your strategy to beat them.This is called competitive strategy it is very crucial in later phases of seo.
