As to answer this question, there are many black hat SEO techniques which are not recommended to be used. You may gain a lot of traffic and leads for a short amount of time, but over longer period of time, you will be penalized by Google. You will eventually end up losing all your traffic and leads.

To avoid blackhat just focus on few thing and that is relevance, quality, usefulness, and try to post contents that you feel as valuable and useful for people.
