Why bother to know the basis of Page Rank if it is not anymore relevant?
Anyway, I believe it was based on relevancy, quality, consistency and engagement. |

PR means Page rank of the website it is the total number given out of 10 to your website, if its 9 then Link quality of your website is very strong.
