Many people are buying backlinks from different sources; especially from PBNs. Well, you should first confirm, before buying, that the backlinks are coming from high quality blogs or sites. Spammy backlinks directly towards your site can harm your site badly.

No i have hot bought any back links because it is not genuine way for optimization of information.

If you want high PR ranking in search then never buy backlinks, if your traffic comes from spammy source then Google rid your page from the search.
