Nice design style!
It looks like windows 8.1 view style! It would be cool to add some hover effects on the index page boxes. Great work!

Your online Shopping portal looks in very good in design..
 But one disadvantage is alexa rank is very poor.. |

I have seen that you have Zopim Chat. My humble recommendation is, when you are offline, put in the offline message the hours you are available for chatting.
