Recently i developed new blog. Which is all about tutorials for web development. I need to promote my blog, guide me some suggestions to improve my blog visibility in search engine.

First of all you should put google analytics and google webmaster in your blog and check. these things.
1. Average time spend by users.
2. Keywords for organic traffic.
3. Page visits in a session.
4. Bounce rate.

these 4 tells the user engagement in your blogs. 1,2,3 should be high and 4 should be mostly 0. If you are not getting this try improving your blog categories. You should also see the technical blog written by users who are making to the first page of google. They will give you good idea.
Some knowledge of SEO will help you in writing good blogs.

Look at your link profile or use a backlink checker to see what kind of links you currently have. Try to get different kinds of links from the links you currently have. Or hire a SEO person from SEOclerks, so that your work will be done more efficiently and effectively.

Join forums where your potential clients could be looking for help.
Still need more links, you have only 2 (one nofollow)
Monitor your Alexa/Google/backlinks, I recmmend Ranksignals, if you're using Chrome you can add it as extention.

Promote your blog via social media. Join on groups (Facebook) or communities (google+) that are relevant to your niche. You can also try content marketing strategy like creating infographics, video presentation, powerpoint presentation etc.
