my website result down after penguin update. now what we do. plz help me.

Yes, Google update new algorithm in October month and after this update Google give ranking back for many websites on search engine and this is very big update by google for ranking.

I am also affected by this update
My site was getting 1000+ visitors a day but after this update, the number dropped to 50

May be the website has some low quality, irrelevant, rich anchor links..try to do some research, figure out them and then remove them as soon as possible. It will take few weeks or months to recover and re-gain trust.

You can also use a tool called OpenLinkProfiler which will help you target which links could cause you to loose rankings.

Well latest penguin algo is all about your backlink profiles, so if your website is down, you know that you have an unethical backlink profile, so what i would do is that, i would just go through the backlinks and disawov the ones that are coming from low quality or un authoritative sites.
