Make a different menu. And add colors, they are very needed. The page really looks empty. Add social media buttons. And pictures.

I think u should follow these steps -

Use short sentences and paragraphs
Divide information into small chunks with clear headlines
Make content easy to scan
Eliminate fluff

I think you can improve the site navigation. The homepage is too long in my opinion, which makes it unattractive to scroll down.

Since it 's a Wordpress site, I'd suggest allowing visitors to leave comments or ask questions. It would encourage visitors to stay on your site longer.
