Google Penguin Algorithm Update 3.0 Released Today and I have lost all of my traffic. Now I am feeling very much frustrated. All my hard work has been wasted.

Google wants quality work and i think you dont have done the work that is Google's recommendations. I did not lost my traffic and keywords.
