"Keyword stuffing" refers to the practice of loading a webpage with keywords or numbers in an attempt to manipulate a site's ranking in Google search results. Often these keywords appear in a list or group, or out of context (not as natural prose).

Simply explained, keyword stuffing means using more keywords in a blog post than you should. If you use some SEO plugin like Yoast in WordPress, it will let you know for how many times you have exceeded the number. Keep the number of the keywords controlled, because otherwise it will harm your SEO stats.

Keyword stuffing is more along the lines of packing a bunch of keywords into one post. They don't really have to be relevant, just in there.
