Regarding Google ranking dropped due to HTTPS
On 7 aug 2014 Google announced that making HTTPS/SSL to the website Will give you a better ranking on Google Search Engine.But after that many SEO people Switched their website to HTTPS & those people lost their Google Rankings to drop down.Why it was happened?

I think https and http will only affect a little about your rankings, so you don't have to pay too much attention on it.

There may be some other reasons behind it. I don't think that only switching HTTP to HTTPS is the main reason.
Can you share websites that dropped ranking after switching on HTTPS? |
