Some service providers displaying the advertisements like High page rank backlinks at 10$. Is they really giving that type of high page rank backlinks to their customers?That paid backlinks would help to improve the website quality and keyword ranking?

Paid back-links work the same as other back-links work. but, the main reason is the quality of back-links. Like from where the back-links comes and how to target to our website.

i think the paid and free back-link are same work for websites. but the main reason have all submission are quality content high page rank submission and related website your post.

you can get banned also if you buy link, its better to used PPC instead of buying link.

actually paid link are the not beneficial at all because with them your site rank initially but then it given penalty by the google, so keep build the manual links

Some paid backlinks may work,but be sure if it is high pr sites.Instead of buying paid links, you can go for PPC..

paid backlink was to effective when ever you need some short term niche work.
like you have to rank site on some week and some day then its effective.

Paid traffic is not counted. and search engine bot can block that url or domain too...
