Greetings! I have lurked WHT and found curious offers from clubvps.com. They provide 30 days free vps trial and nice features like scalability, good uptime and 24/7 support. However I am not really sure if I can trust them. Does anyone could assist me regarding their reliability?

I believe you should look for customer reviews on them. I am using cloud virtual servers provided by clubvps.com. They have free month trial, scalable offers and best stability I've ever experienced.

Look for a minimum uptime of 99%. In fact, even 99% is actually too low - it really should be 99.5% or higher. The host should provide some sort of refund (eg prorated refund or discount) if it falls below that figure.
