Something are not opening correctly. For example there is a large blank space on the left before your video. Maybe it is part of your header. Also it maybe best to let your visitors decide whether to play the video or not; instead of auto play

I think it is improper to play the YouTube videos automatically. If your visitors really want to watch the video, then they will click to play it otherwise they may bounce out immediately.

the auto play youtube video has horrible sound quality... i'd change that to be less overpowering, and not autoplay.

Your website seems very nice
but remove auto play of video because of that site load time increases and no one have patience to to wait for such a long time.
