Build Backlinks using that keyword as Anchor text which is more effective.

You need to put meta keywords, meta description in site and then start forum posting, blog posting and try to put quality content because content maters a lot in this game and keywords should have some good impact on the content.

TO get top rank in search engine , not a process of one or two days, you have to keep patience for that. But by two factor you can get good ranking in search engine , first one is have unique content on page and second one is have high page rank site backlinks.
