I'm a big fan of Napoleon Hill's Think and Grow Rich and I think that anyone who wants to achieve more in life should read it many times over.

The profound realization I had when reading Think and Grow Rich was this:

The actions that you take are not nearly as important as the thoughts that you think.So many people focus on the "how" when the "why" is far more important.

Think the right thoughts and the right actions will ensue.
