Facebook is better because in today's date, the audience that you are targeting - the whole lot is for sure on it. You can use Twitter to drive in traffic to your Facebook page and then you can direct it to your site.

According to me Facebook is much better than Twitter. On Facebook you can share your business information like images, infographics, videos with your business specific communities.
