Can someone share how close your organic visits data is to Google Webmaster Tools' Search Query's "clicks" data?

I've found that my Google Analytics' organic visits data is usually 27% higher than Search Query's "clicks" data.

Google Analytics is used to check the traffic of a website.
and webmaster is used for check the error of site.

Webmastertools visitors data is not precise. Because its not an analytic tool.

From google analytics we can analyze traffic and from webmaster tools we can analyze website errors and indexing status.
