Hello experts, i would like to know that Do directory submission is still effective?? i don't find any change with my site. Is anyone experiencing the same ??please share your views .

Directory submission is effective for ever. We can get one-way link from the submission. It increase the keyword ranking.

Only approved and high pr directory submission list is effective.So try high quality directory submission link and avoid low quality site link.

Directory submission still lives. But one thing should be remembered by the poster that the most of the directory sites are now consider to have bunch of spam including them and thus directory submission has lost its reputation once it had in past. So try to focus on high pr and directories with high domain authority to post your link. It will helpful same for you as it is for me and for my websites.

As said by above people I will emphazie the fact again that Directory submission still works. And will help you to achieve ranking in serps together with other combined techniques. Remember one thing , only try to get links from the directory which have high page rank.

Not yet its more down because so many fake sites are developed they are giving dead links it will affect our rankings.
