I have done on page optimization and also add enough original contents to my website (dohcgdiet.com). Still it is not coming in ranking. As I want to target it in Globally.

May be your keywords have more competitive so you need to work more on it.

what is your method of creating backlinks?

Keep on doing off page optimization and create quality backlinks and unique content it will help you increase traffic on your website and your website will surely get some good ranking.
