yes obviously
if you have unique metas then you site will be crawled fast and traffic will also be more.

Yes, of course, Google read Meta Tags and also show in Search Results too.

At this moment, meta Keywords have no weight into your website ranking YES. Google and Bing state that they don't use it anymore.
But if you already have them on your site, they'd not hurt you, so leave it perhaps other engines use it, just keep in mind not to have more than 12 -15 keywords for each page.
