Is it good thinking to submit your site in lower page rank site?

I want to know if i submit my site in lower page rank so it will hurt my keywords ranking or good for my sites. Please let me know..

No if you get do-follow back link from lower site then it will be good...

You have to get a good mix of do-follow and no-follow backlinks to your site.
Each link counts (and is good for the diversity)

It's important to get backlinks from relevant websites. That's what counts!

You keyword could not affected by submit in low page rank website.But your keyword should not get improvement.So submit your website in quality websites.

Lower page rank site is not more useful for the website. high page rank site is very beneficial to get good ranking. it also useful to increase page rank of the website.

Page Rank may low or high. But check the site status before you submit. Is it relevant to your business, site traffic details and no index, no follow tags. few websites make their pages consists external content or links to no index, no follow tag after approval.

you must always give first priority to the do-follow sites only. Low page rank submission will also let our process to get slow. So its better to avoid it.

If your site page rank is low then it is good.

I think everything will count, but greater than 5 will have quick results.

Every link count! when search engine crawler index a page it gives some value to that page greater then 0 although in our page rank bar it's appear NA or 0 but in algo point of view have some value.
