sitemap is a xml based link that have inside list of all pages you have on your site, so that they all get indexed

Using sitemaps has many benefits, not only easier navigation and better visibility by search engines. Sitemaps offer the opportunity to inform search engines immediately about any changes on your site. Of course, you cannot expect that search engines will rush right away to index your changed pages but certainly the changes will be indexed faster, compared to when you don't have a sitemap

Sitemap is important for our site. There are two types of sitemap, XML sitemap and html sitemap.
HTML sitemap is user friendly sitemap. If users are like to approach direct to his main page, they are go this html page and to select their most likely page. XML sitemap is helping for crawling our website pages. Google are some time cannot find our site pages URL, but the xml sitemap submitted for our website, to easy and fast crawling our site pages by Google robot are visit it. Sitemap only help to index your website on Google search engine.With out sitemap Google does not crawl your website.Many sitemap generator tool available in Google.try it

Sometimes, websites have a nice navigation menu, but search engines cannot always see the links of that navigationmenu. (this is the case when using flash menu, ...)
A sitemap will help search engines to crawl all of your webpages, because a sitemap containts only textual links, that eare easy to follow by search engines.

There are two types of sitemap are HTML and XML sitemap.
HTML site map is used for Users and XML sitemap is used for crawlers (Spider). So, sitemap is very useful for SEO)
