Hi Friends, I have a question regarding SEO that what is 301 redirection and how it is beneficial for SEO.

301 redirection is permanent redirection which we basically implement when one of our site or web page has permanently moved to some other location. It help us to retain the exiting traffic that is coming to the old web page or website.

if it is permanently moved then how can it gain or retain traffic?

301 redirectio0n is the permanent redirection basically used to move a webpage of a website to another domain. It help us to hold the existing traffic or visitors who are coming or visit our old web page or website.

After 3010 redirection you can redirect your new website to old website and its benefits is when any one open your old one then he/she will go direct to new one.

When you permanently move from one site to other you use 301 redirection to move all traffic from that site to next one..

301 is used to redirect page permanently from one address to another this is also good for SEO another 302 redirect is used for temporary.
