On page optimization- title, description, alt attribute, content

&

Off page optimization- blogs, guest posts, authoritative backlinks, profiles, forums, social signals, directories.

You need to do proper optimization of the website. Firstly, do proper analysis for On page optimization and then go for off page optimization. If you have not done proper on page optimization off page optimization will not give you any results.
