if you want a heavy traffic on your you tube video. then you have to give a special and interesting title to your video. and your video should be like that users like it. and publish the link of your video as much as possible...

Yes, you can share it on FB, Twitter, Google+.... but the best way is to use blogs and forums to post links to your videos thus making backlinks to your video. That will help you rank higher and get more views. Also, tags, description, keywords... those are very important and you must spend some time choosing the right ones.
