I usually don't recommend but you should 100% go with GTHost.com USA vps. They are as transparent as possible, they show the full specification of each server and shows looking glass, clients can check ping, trace and mtr from each point, so the client will not buy a pig in a poke, each detail has a link to the manufacturer.

I chose GTHost.com vps host and I can honestly say that it is the best choice of web host i've ever done. Great pricing. I use it for a light duty personal webpage and would use this decent web host for future web projects. Thumbs up to this host!

When I transfer my files they are so fast. GTHost.com vps hosting is reliable.
