The basic difference is just Start button and Apps that's it not more

But My question is WINDOWS 7 IS STILL BETTER THAN WINDOWS 8?

Win 8 is mainly designed for users with touch panels. That's it.

The main difference between Windows 7 and Windows 8 is that Windows 8 has been specifically designed to devices mobiles.
