Back links form an important part of off page SEO. If there are no back links, then the website will suffer from lack of visitors. Back links form a powerful medium of ranking the website high in search engines for any given keyword. Back link involves pasting html code onto someone else's website. If we have to obtain a link from a webpage with a high Google PR, then it will be that Google will offer us more credit to this link than it would if the link has been applied to webpage with lower PR. It is better to obtain links from higher PR pages back to the site.
