What does black hat SEO mean?
Black hat SEO refers to the numerous techniques considered unethical and illegal by search engines. A website can be punished and served a penalty notice for using these SEO techniques. So be wary about using black hat SEO techniques and if you aren't sure what they entitle, here's a list to help (Please feel free to add to it, if I miss something)
1. Hidden text /links 2. Duplicate content 3. keyword stuffing 4. Alt tag spamming 5. Meta tag stuffing 6. Title tag spamming 7. �Gateway� or doorway pages 8. Cloaking 9. Article Spinning 10. Link Farm 11. Purchasing expired domains 12. Spam in comments 13. Mirror websites 14. URL redirection 15. Hitting trackbacks

Black hat refers to the unethical SEO techniques in which it doesn't follow the search engine guidelines and your website may be banned by search engine because of using black hat techniques.

Black hat SEO is an unethical SEO technique which includes keyword stuffing, keyword cloaking, spam linking, etc. Avoid this technique, as it get you website banned from search engines.

Actually there are many activity which working as black hat. Those technique of SEO isn't working as organic those are called black hat SEO. Thanks for sharing some special terms.

Basically, Black Hat SEO is the unethical way of doing SEO, it has a high chance of getting a website penalized.

In a simple way we can say that Black hat SEO is the wrong way to create many back links in short time of period, and it creates negative effects for our website. Sometimes website banned by Google for using this type of SEO techniques.
