How can I cycle race up a short, steep hill?

I'm competing in the National Youth Championships in late July, and my training has begun. The course is at 'Hog Hill' cycle track in Red-bridge, London. please post your views....

LONGBOARD Protective Gear , help me a lot and that was my best decision to select the LONGBOARD Protective Gear for me as that safes me from injuries during race.
